We recently stayed at a hostel in Kelowna and had a great experience. The location was excellent and convenient for exploring the city. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, and the facilities were top-notch. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the availability of gluten-free bread upon request. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hostel for a visit to Kelowna.

I appreciate the whole program, from being able to book online, the very convenient location to downtown, the atmosphere and variety of guests, the services offered, and especially the awesome friendly and helpful young people who staff your hostel.... I anticipate staying there many more times in the future, Cheers
I think the mattresses/ beds could be more comfortable, this is not just me, I heard it a few times from others. And I have noticed that the price of a night's stay seems to have increased by at least 20% over the past year or two, I apologize if this is in error. No worries, it still represents good value..Cheers

My recent stay at Samesun was fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach, marina, and downtown just a short walk away. The room was small but comfortable, and the air conditioning kept me cool during the hot weather. The hostel also offered free parking, which was convenient. The common areas were clean and spacious, and I enjoyed using the kitchen and barbecue facilities. The complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit and pancakes was a nice touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks like some noise from the highway and limited bathroom space, I would highly recommend this hostel for its great value and excellent location. I had a wonderful stay at Samesun.

Ignorant and rude. I recommend no 1 to stay there, staff will take anything if you dont have it strapped to yourself. Stay at the International Hostel its better service and way nicer staff...

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering suggestions for nearby attractions and even storing our luggage after check-out. The facilities were top-notch, with movie rooms and a good breakfast provided.
The private double room we stayed in was quite small and didn't leave much room to move around. Our luggage had a hard time fitting and there wasn't enough furniture to store our belongings properly.

The front desk staff were really helpful and were able to answer all of our questions about the area.
The rooms were really small and the lockers were in the centre of the room making it really cramped and difficult to move around. It was 8 people to a room and most of us had to drag our bags out to the corridor to be able to pack/unpack anything.

Great location, really close to downtown. The staff were very friendly and gave good advice about things to do in the area.
Don't go here if you are looking to get some rest, there are always people up and it's hard to get to sleep some nights. If you're here to party, this is the place.

I stayed at Samesun for one night during my travels. The dorm-style rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The shared bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a cozy and social atmosphere. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby and a car park available. The common areas were spacious and well-equipped, including a large patio with a barbecue. The complimentary breakfast, especially the delicious pancakes, was a nice touch.
Can recommend this hotel.

Just a long walk from the Greyhound terminal. I think they're a bit far out, weren't very clear on transport options. The online maps avertise they'd stop near the front of Samesun.

The location was perfect, close to the waterfront and the old district with all the bars and restaurants. The dorms were separate from the communal areas, so we could get a good night's sleep. The hostel offered a lot of activities for people to do, although we didn't get to try them out. it was a nice and affordable place to stay.
The beds in our private room were a bit small and there was a lot of street noise. The AC unit was noisy and the window was dirty.

More breakfast choices would have made the morning experience even better.
